Short version: this page has no trackers, no ads and no analytics. The only data that reaches anyone is what you type into the chat — and it only reaches Dawid if you press the e-mail or WhatsApp button.

Fonts, scripts and images are served from this site — the page makes no requests to other companies while you read it.
OPUSIOR is an AI assistant. To answer you, what you type is sent to Anthropic (the model provider) and processed there. The following is stored in a database in the EU:

Please do not type anything sensitive into a chat window — here or anywhere else.
Two things happen, and this is the part worth reading:
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — preparing properly for a conversation you started, and preventing abuse of a public endpoint. No automated decision is made about you (Art. 22 does not apply): a human being reads it and answers you personally. The assessment is an opinion about a text, not a fact about you, and it is marked as such in the e-mail.
Conversations shorter than two messages are not analysed and not sent at all.
The form under "VOICES" stores exactly what you type: your name, how we know each other, your text, the interface language, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address (used only to limit how many entries can be sent from one place in a day — it cannot be turned back into your address). Nothing is published automatically. The entry waits until Dawid reads it and clicks "publish" in an e-mail. If he does, your name, your relation and your text become publicly visible on this page. If he does not, the entry stays unpublished. Write to info@dawidsobon.com and it will be removed. Entries that are never published are deleted after 90 days at the latest. Published ones stay until you ask for them to go. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given by sending the form.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Conversations and assessments are deleted automatically after 90 days. E-mail Dawid received stays in his mailbox as normal correspondence.
You can ask for a copy of what is stored, ask for it to be deleted, or object to the assessment being made — write to info@dawidsobon.com and it will be handled without ceremony. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Dan wordt er niets verzameld. Geen analytics, geen advertenties, geen cookies van derden. Je taalkeuze staat in je eigen browser en verlaat die nooit. Lettertypen, scripts en beelden komen van deze site zelf.
OPUSIOR is een AI-assistent. Wat je typt gaat naar Anthropic (de aanbieder van het model) om beantwoord te worden. In een database in de EU worden bewaard: je bericht en het antwoord, de taal, het tijdstip en het tokenverbruik, en een onomkeerbare hash van je IP-adres — uitsluitend om misbruik te beperken. Het adres zelf wordt niet bewaard.
Zet geen gevoelige gegevens in een chatvenster — hier niet en nergens anders.
Er gebeuren twee dingen. Je berichtenapp opent met het gesprek er al in, zodat je het niet nog een keer hoeft uit te leggen — jij bepaalt of je verstuurt. Daarnaast gaat het gesprek naar Dawid, samen met een beoordeling geschreven door een AI-model: wat je waarschijnlijk nodig hebt, hoe urgent het lijkt, de toon van je bericht en hoe hij het gesprek het beste kan voeren. Dat is profilering in de zin van de AVG, en daarom staat het hier gewoon opgeschreven.
Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG) — een gesprek dat jij begint goed voorbereiden, en misbruik van een openbaar eindpunt tegengaan. Er wordt geen geautomatiseerd besluit over je genomen (art. 22 is niet van toepassing): een mens leest het en antwoordt je zelf. De beoordeling is een mening over een tekst, geen feit over jou, en staat als zodanig in de e-mail.
Gesprekken korter dan twee berichten worden niet geanalyseerd en niet verstuurd.
Het formulier onder "STEMMEN" bewaart precies wat je invult: je naam, hoe we elkaar kennen, je tekst, de taal van de interface en een gezouten eenrichtings-hash van je IP-adres (alleen om te beperken hoeveel inzendingen per dag vanaf één plek komen — er valt geen adres uit terug te rekenen). Er wordt niets automatisch geplaatst. De inzending wacht tot Dawid hem leest en in een e-mail op "plaatsen" klikt. Doet hij dat, dan worden je naam, je relatie en je tekst openbaar zichtbaar op deze pagina. Doet hij dat niet, dan blijft de inzending ongepubliceerd. Mail naar info@dawidsobon.com en hij wordt verwijderd. Inzendingen die nooit geplaatst worden, verwijderen we uiterlijk na 90 dagen. Geplaatste blijven staan tot je vraagt ze weg te halen. Grondslag: art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG — jouw toestemming, gegeven door het formulier te versturen.
Anthropic (model), Supabase (database, EU), Resend (e-mail), Netlify (hosting). Verder niemand. Er wordt niets verkocht.
Gesprekken en beoordelingen worden na 90 dagen automatisch verwijderd.

OPUSIOR to asystent AI. To, co napiszesz, trafia do Anthropic (dostawcy modelu), żeby dostać odpowiedź. W bazie w UE zapisujemy: Twoją wiadomość i odpowiedź, język, czas i zużycie tokenów oraz nieodwracalny skrót Twojego adresu IP — wyłącznie po to, żeby boty nie nabijały rachunku. Samego adresu nie przechowujemy.
Nie wpisuj do okna czatu rzeczy wrażliwych — ani tutaj, ani nigdzie indziej.
Dzieją się dwie rzeczy. Twoja aplikacja do wiadomości otwiera się z już wpisaną rozmową, żebyś nie musiał tłumaczyć się drugi raz — to Ty decydujesz, czy wyślesz. Oprócz tego rozmowa trafia do Dawida razem z oceną napisaną przez model AI: czego prawdopodobnie potrzebujesz, jak pilna wydaje się sprawa, w jakim tonie piszesz i jak najlepiej z Tobą rozmawiać. To jest profilowanie w rozumieniu RODO — dlatego jest tu napisane wprost, a nie schowane w regulaminie.
Podstawa prawna: uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) — porządne przygotowanie się do rozmowy, którą sam zacząłeś, oraz ochrona publicznego endpointu przed nadużyciem. Nie zapada wobec Ciebie żadna zautomatyzowana decyzja (art. 22 nie ma zastosowania): czyta to człowiek i człowiek Ci odpisuje. Ocena jest opinią o tekście, nie faktem o Tobie, i tak jest oznaczona w mailu.
Rozmowy krótsze niż dwie wiadomości nie są analizowane ani wysyłane.
Formularz pod „GŁOSAMI" zapisuje dokładnie to, co wpiszesz: imię, skąd się znacie, treść, język interfejsu oraz jednokierunkowy skrót Twojego adresu IP z solą (służy wyłącznie do ograniczenia, ile wpisów dziennie idzie z jednego miejsca — nie da się z niego odtworzyć adresu). Nic nie publikuje się samo. Wpis czeka, aż Dawid go przeczyta i kliknie „opublikuj" w mailu. Jeśli kliknie — Twoje imię, relacja i tekst stają się publicznie widoczne na tej stronie. Jeśli nie kliknie — wpis zostaje nieopublikowany. Napisz na info@dawidsobon.com, a zostanie usunięty. Wpisy, które nigdy nie zostaną opublikowane, kasujemy najpóźniej po 90 dniach. Opublikowane zostają, dopóki nie poprosisz o usunięcie. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO — Twoja zgoda, wyrażona wysłaniem formularza.

Rozmowy i oceny kasują się automatycznie po 90 dniach.
